Physician, expert in aesthetic, regenerative and longevity medicine, and digital health innovation. He specializes in combining modern medical technologies with a long-term preventive health approach, patients' quality of life, and data-driven medicine.
He is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw. He completed the prestigious Leadership program at Harvard Business School and postgraduate studies in marketing and digital communication at the Warsaw School of Economics. He obtained his PhD in medical sciences in 2020 at the Medical University of Silesia, defending a dissertation titled “Effectiveness of telemedical support for maintenance therapy in patients with schizophrenia in remission.” He is currently undergoing habilitation proceedings. He holds formal qualifications in aesthetic and reconstructive medicine (code 028) and is a certified obesity medicine physician.
Since 1997 he has been professionally associated with the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare system. He has collaborated with, among others, Bioton, Adamed, Sanofi, TZF Polfa and AstraZeneca. In 2006, he was the first Pole to present at the international EyeforPharma congress in Berlin (now Reuters). In 2016, he spoke at the European Parliament during a session devoted to telemedicine and healthcare digitization.
He serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Polish Society of Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine (PTMEiAA) — one of the oldest and most prestigious scientific societies in Poland. He is a member of scientific societies, including PTMEiAA and the Polish Longevity Society.
He is active as a lecturer, moderator and expert panel participant at numerous medical and pharmaceutical conferences in Poland and abroad, including the annual PTMEiAA Conference, Face & Body Winter Forum, BEAM, MedMeetstech, as well as international events such as TAMC, and conferences in Paris, Belgrade, the Czech Republic and Germany. He is regularly invited to participate in system and economic debates on healthcare, innovation and new technologies.
He is the plenipotentiary of the President of the District Medical Chamber in Warsaw for promoting culture within the medical community. He also serves as an expert in artificial intelligence and new technologies, collaborating with the Parliamentary Committee on Digitalization, Innovation and Modern Technologies.
He is a co-creator of the first certified Telemedicine Clinic in Poland. For his activities supporting healthcare, innovation and the development of modern forms of medical care, he has been awarded the Bronze, Silver and Gold Crosses of Merit by Presidents of the Republic of Poland.
He serves as the scientific director of the postgraduate program “Pharmacy in Business” at the Medical University of Warsaw and is a lecturer in the SGH–WUM Executive MBA. He is the author and host of the podcasts “Endolift Talks,” “Upgrade Your Health & Life,” and “Medycznie Estetycznie,” dedicated to modern medicine, technology, aesthetics and longevity.
Endolift – clinical and international experience
Dr. Mariusz Borkowski is the first physician in Poland to implement the Endolift procedure in clinical practice. To date, he has performed over 500 Endolift treatments, placing him among the world’s leading physicians using this technology.
He is a certified international trainer of the Endolift procedure, conducting trainings, hands-on workshops and lectures for physicians in Poland and abroad. As an expert, he is regularly invited to lecture at national and international conferences, where he presents his own treatment protocols, patient qualification strategies, combinations of Endolift with other procedures, and long-term clinical observations.
He is also the author and host of the specialist podcast “Endolift Talks,” one of the first educational formats in Europe devoted exclusively to this procedure, aimed at physicians interested in advanced techniques of minimally invasive lifting and tissue regeneration.
Founder and lead physician of the MedArte clinic in Warsaw, specializing in aesthetic, regenerative and longevity medicine, with a strong focus on laser technologies, minimally invasive procedures and a holistic approach.
Privately, he is a passionate endurance athlete — he has completed 8 marathons (including the New York City Marathon) and 3 ultramarathons, including a 100 km race. He is actively engaged in cultural life — a member of the Society for the Encouragement of Fine Arts and the Association of Friends of the National Museum in Warsaw. He is particularly interested in contemporary art and theater.
